A Samaritan for the Backslider

As the child of God struggles in this life against the Lord's enemies and his,He sends by His merciful acts of providence, trials, hardships, and temptations to mold us into the image of His Son who suffered here in this life and the days of His flesh for His elect people and was tempted in all points as we are yet without sin. He is always faithful to meet us where we are as to minister to our present need His grace, mercy, and forgiveness.
