How do Men Disobey God?

Sunday PM, Evangelist Phil Gabbard preaches a message entitled "How do Men Disobey God?" In this message, Brother Phil uses the story of Jonah in Jonah 1:1-17 to illustrate ways Jonah disobeyed God. He likened each of these ways to how non-believers and Christians disobey God. Here are some ways Jonah disobeyed God:
-He disobeyed the call of God.
-He did not care about the things God cared about.
-He paid his own way and continued to pay the price for disobedience.
-He slept while others perished (We are a hindrance to others when we do not serve God).
-He disguised his occupation.

In closing, disobedience does not pay off. Jonah finally repented and obeyed God. We need to repent and obey the call of God. Always obey God. To obey is better than sacrifice.
