Elders Encouraging Older Women

The elders of the church are to encourage older woman to pursue a manner of living that demonstrates true and sincere godliness. The elders should also encourage the older women to carry out a vital ministry that's often lacking in the church today: teaching the younger women in the way of faithfulness and godliness.
