Keep the Most Important the Most Important - Paul, Apollos, Aquila & Priscilla

Several important events are recorded in Acts 18:18-28 in a rather matter-of-fact manner. This reminds us of the day-by-day plodding of the Christian life, where the priorities are simple and the struggle is to keep the most important things the most important in the face even good things being a temptation to steal our time away from the best things.

The specific examples of Paul, Apollos, and Aquila & Priscilla further give us a great conviction and encouragement to make the most important things the most important--especially the centrality of the local church and the dedication and diligence to be systematically in the Word of God in our private and family devotions and in our church gatherings.
