Paul now gives the church at Philippi two examples of those who have put on the mind of Christ: Timothy (Phil. 2:19-24) and Epaphroditus (Phil. 2:25-30).

Epaphroditus shows us how to live for others.

I. The Soldier – vs. 25

III. Sent, Seen, Sorrow – vs. 28
A. Sent Eagerly
B. See Him and Rejoice Again – he has recovered

IV. Selfless Sacrifice and Support – vs. 29-30
A. Receive Him with Gladness
B. Esteem Others Like Him – 1 Thess. 5:12-13
