Limits of False Religion

Ancient Babylon was renowned for its expertise in spiritual arts; however, the inability of the leaders of her religion to tell the king his unusual dream and its interpretation has much to say about the limits not only of Babylon's false religion, but also the limits of all false religion. The text establishes the truth that only the true God knows the future and that his secrets are revealed to men only through Jesus Christ and the Holy Scritures. The sermon presents Christ as the key to all wisdom and knowledge, including the future.
