The Daughter's of Zelophehad - Standing on the Promises

The first generation of Israelites brought out of slavery in Egypt were a faithless generation, though they had every opportunity for faith. In contrast, the second generation has faith, in spite of the fact that they did not have opportunity to see the miracles in Egypt.

The daughter's of Zelophehad are a picture of faith, they could stand alongside Abraham as a picture of those who believe the promises of God and lay hold of them as their sure and certain possession.
