Peter's Walk on the Water

The lesson of the morning is for each of us to see that the Lord Jesus responds to our faith in proportion to its exercise. He shows us this through this interaction with Peter, in that He responded to him in respect to 3 different states of mind that Peter passed through in relation to his walking upon the water. He will respond to us in the same way when we exercise our faith. 1st of all – We want to look at Jesus’ response to Peter’s adventuresome faith. 2nd – We want to look at Jesus’ response to Peter’s crying faith. And then finally we would like to look at Jesus’ response to Peter’s little faith.
