God is Most Longsuffering

5 Proofs God is most longsuffering:

1. Because He is the source of all longsuffering

2. Because He has shown Himself to be patient with all men throughout history and especially with His own people.

3. Because His patient dealings with men promote His two greatest ends: The promotion of His own glory & the salvation of His people.

4. Because His patience toward lost men is a sign of His kindness toward lost men as God has His gospel proclaimed.

5. Because the exercise of His patience is grounded in the death of Jesus Christ.
