Two Servants of the Lord

God often chooses the most unlikely people to serve Him and benefit His church. The Lord chooses Mordecai and Esther to do His will and deliver His covenant people from destruction. They follow God's wisdom and use common sense, always trusting the Lord. The Lord blesses them by making Esther queen and Mordecai being responsible for saving the king's life. We learn that the glory of our God will stand and His kingdom shall endure. The Lord will protect and guide. Even the culture today is subject to God's counsel God will bless us and make all things serve our good and His glory. We can trust our God even more when we see what He has done in the past for His people. All who trust in Him will never be put to shame.
