Jesus Begins Preaching, Repent

When John the Baptist was imprisoned, Jesus went to Galilee and ended up in Capernaum according to the word of the Lord in Isaiah 9:1-2. Jesus began to preach the same message John had preached: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. This is an important message that must be preached today. To repent is not merely to be sorry or have sorrow. Repentance is a complete change in the way you see yourself. It is a change of your mind and attitude toward God, self, and sin. It is turning away from sin unto God.
