The Victory of the Conqueror

When the Lamb of God returns as the Victorious Conqueror, the extent of His victory will be complete and absolute. His identity will be finally realized by Israel. His name shall be honored among the nations. All the world will know that He is God.

The prophecies of the Old and New Testament concerning the return of the Messiah will be fulfilled in the same manner as the prophecies concerning His incarnation. The longing of the Israelites to see their Messiah throw off all the world's dominations over them will be finally and absolutely realized.

The world will recognize Jesus as Lord. And, there will be only one Lord.

These words are given as a warning to unbelievers that the day of their reckoning will come. They are given also to the believers to exhort us to godly living and faithful ministry as we await His return.

We must not hate those around us so much as to be unwilling to bear witness to the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ alone.

Let us love them at least as much as we love ourselves, and be those whose beautiful feet are bringing the good news of the salvation of our Lord.
