Jesus Heals and Makes Alive

The prophets, like Elijah and Elisha foreshadowed some of the acts of our Lord and Peter here echoes and reflects our Lord’s earthly ministry — in fact, these are the acts of our Risen Lord as He uses His apostle Peter — It is Jesus who heals and makes alive in this passage.
I. Let us learn the importance of doing good to whom we can.
II. Let us learn that life’s difficulties surround the best of saints.
III. Let us always acknowledge and glorify the Lord when He delivers us (or when we witness His deliverances)!
