There are two kinds of divine calling to salvation: the universal and outward call of the gospel to all, and the inward, effectual call granted to the elect at the moment of salvation. God uses both of these calls together in saving the elect. In this session, we look at the universal call of the gospel, and why ignoring the command to believe the gospel is not a morally neutral act.
