Qualities of an Elder (Part 2)

We continue this week looking at the biblical qualities of an Elder. We continue from last week, finishing Roman Numeral I - "Moral Qualities" then move on to Managerial, Maturity, and Missional Qualities of an Elder. It is important that we do not mistake, charisma, popularity, outspokenness, or business success for qualities of Leaders of Christ's church. Let us look for the qualities prescribed by the Word of God when searching of those who God would have lead the local church.
