In our last message from Colossians 2 and Acts 2, we saw that only those who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation are qualified to be baptized. But this leaves a question in the minds of many: What about the children that Peter mentions in Acts 2:39? Why are they not to be baptized?
