Guest preacher Bob Hall acknowledges that eternal life comes to the sinner when he or she believes the gospel. But true belief, he teaches, is more than a one time intellectual ascent to the claims of Christ. The gospel is something "we are to believe everyday. The gospel involves coming to the light, walking in the light. To continue to believe in him means to live under the searchlight of God's word that not only exposes our sin but motivates us to serve him."
