If the sheep are disordered, in disarray, malnourished, it indeed is a reflection on the shepherd. Part of the problem is many pastors and many churches do not know what their role and responsibility is to be in the service of God. I don't speak to your needs or your wants. I proclaim Him. That's what it's all about. A declaration of Jesus Christ.
