"Dead or Alive"

Paul the Apostle writes in Ephesians chapter 1 of the blessings which flow from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ which are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. God condescends in eternal covenant love and from the riches of His grace and glory to adopt, redeem, reveal His will, and by His power save His people from their sins all to the praise of the glory of His grace. To magnify God's glory and humble man the sinner, the apostle in chapter 2:1-3 explains the depths of depravity to which man has fallen and walks, and; therefore, convincingly displays man's utter inability to save himself from the wrath of God.
