Reconciled Together
Series Ephesians
20
“Reconciled to God.” What is more important? Nothing! Without God, all life is meaningless "Vanity of vanities! All is vanity" (Ecclesiastes 1:2). All praise be to God, “who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18-19). We, united as the church, are called and empowered to be servants of reconciliation in a world at war with God.
I. In Adam – aliens and strangers, without hope and without God
II. Through Christ – reconciled to God and at peace
III. In Christ – Unity and growth of the dwelling place of God
