Matt is the Pastor of the Russell Reformed Presbyterian Church, Russell, Ontario. COVFAMIKOI stands for Covenant – Florida, Alabama, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Illinois (states in which the Presbytery had congregations in the conference’s early years).
