Liberty

There is now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, but the question then is, how do we get into Christ Jesus? Is it by our act of faith; an act of our own free will? Is that what the Scriptures teach? For our second-hour service, Pastor Simpson spoke to the liberty we have in Christ as Paul described by declaring himself to be born a free man. In the States, we speak of our freedom, our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, and all other freedom bought by our nation's forefathers. However, the freedom Paul speaks of is spiritual freedom from the works of the law. We hope you'll find rest in the freedom set forth by the Lord Jesus and the work of His death. If Christ made you free, you are free indeed!
