Romans 11:33-36

To Him Be Glory Forever!
Main Idea:
God shows us His glory by consigning all to disobedience that He might show mercy to all!
Three Strophes:
Strophe 1: The depths of God’s wisdom and knowledge (Rom 11:33)
Strophe 2: God’s sovereignty over all (Rom 11:34-35)
Strophe 3: God as the beginning and end of all things (Rom 11:36)
He demonstrates the depths of His wisdom and knowledge (33)
How unsearchable are His judgments!
How inscrutable are His ways!
He demonstrates His sovereignty over all (34-35)
Who has known the mind of the Lord?
Who has become His counselor?
Who has given in advance to Him for repayment?
He demonstrates that He is the beginning and the end of all things (36)
All things are:
From Him
Through Him
To Him
To Him be the glory forever!
Applications
Our worship needs to be focused upon such a sovereign God!
We need to rest in His divine workings in our lives.
We need to humbly trust Christ for our salvation!
