The Father Searches the Prodigal, Adam

Here the Father searches for his lost son. Adam has fallen; he is lost; he is full of sin and shame, fear and hate, confusion and blindness . . . ruined. This once great edifice of man is a distorted, pale ruin of what he was. The Father seeks to show him is sin, to draw him to repentance, to call him to confession, to restore his lost son. Feel the pain of the Father over his lost son, and realize the pain he has over your sin. Return to him by faith. Confess your sin and believe in Jesus Christ.
