Angels Shall Gather God's Elect

Who is going to heaven? All without exception of any? Or, all who keep God's Law? Or, all who decide to accept Jesus as Savior? Or, all who make a sincere effort to please God? Or, all who all who are baptized, repent and believe? Or, is going to heaven determined in an altogether different way? It's the latter. The Scriptures teach heaven is a place for God's justified and forgiven elect. Both are exclusively in God's Hands.
