Darkened Thinking

Paul hit the nail on the head in Romans 1 when he spoke of people who are darkened in their thinking or depraved. These individuals have absolutely no capacity to see or determine truth. In fact, they have come to love lies and lies are their comfort zone.

Darkened thinking or cerebral depravity stems from pride. It is an attempt to eliminate God from a person's thinking that results in thought death. A person who refuses to acknowledge God as Sovereign eventually sees themselves as sovereign. It is the sin of Satan carried forth by millions of people on this planet every day.

What is the Christian to do?
