Beloved Son

After Jesus calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee, he asked, “Where is your faith?” (Luke 8:25) The disciples marveled at what Jesus had done and asked, “Who then is this, that he commands even winds and water, and they obey him?” What follows here in Luke is further revelation by Jesus that answers both of these questions. The key to faith is knowing Jesus Christ: The more we know about Him, the greater our faith will be. We began our journey by coming to know Him as the Son of God, but now we add to that notion to wrap up this series by finding Him as the Beloved Son.
