The issue was not mere opulence, it wasn't just expensive excess, there is a heart issue.
From the heart flow all the issues of life, including your dress!
The Bible shows A connection is assumed between the attitude of the heart and the outward appearance of a person.
This is Important to Christian character, their hearts, not just clothes and jewlery… is being called into view, the whole attitude, deportment, and projection of a women.
