Peace with God, Peace with One Another (Eph 2:13-16)
Series In Christ (Ephesians)
114
As the church was developing and growing in the years after the death of Christ, they faced one obstacle after another. Persecution, false teachers, and political threats were always on the horizon, and yet the church thrived. Yet perhaps the most amazing obstacle that the church overcame was the way that the Gospel united people from very different backgrounds. Where the Gospel went, reconciliation and forgiveness always went, and this was one of the ways that the church became so strong so quickly. This Sunday, we will study Ephesians 2:13-16, where Paul explains how being at peace with God allows us to also be at peace with one another. Join us this Sunday!
