Although the exact time of Luther's conversion is a subject of debate, Pastor Massey presents the case that Luther's conversion took place as he came to an understanding of the righteousness of God in Romans 1:17. This lecture also introduces Johann Tetzel and discusses how his selling of indulgences created a serious pastoral problem for Luther.
