Armed For Life

Our attitudes can either make or break us! A lot depends upon our mindset, of how we view life. As we are involved in spiritual battle, we need to have the mindset of a soldier. In life, we need the mindset of Christ. What is the 'mind of Christ?" It's a mindset of humility and servitude, a resolve to deny oneself in order to serve others. It's a mindset of obedience to God no matter what the cost. A willingness to obey no matter what! It's an understanding that the 'crown follows the cross.' Armed with the mindset of Christ, our attitude toward the present will be that sin no longer controls us. And armed with the mindset of Christ, our attitude toward the future should be that fear no longer controls us, but heaven awaits us!!
