Hearts in Heaven

Jesus teaches us what we shouldn't do: Don't lay up for yourselves treasures on earth. He also teaches us what we should do: Lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven. Why? First, if you compare the two, you find out that earthly treasures are transient or taken away. Second, Jesus tells us about the influence treasure has upon our hearts. It's not that Jesus is teaching us to put our money where our heart is. We are already doing that. The question is, "Where's your heart?" Is it in Heaven or on the earth?
