Redeemed, Part 6

In this session of Systematic Theology, we begin looking at the application of redemption to individual Christians, and the order of salvation (the ordo salutis). We look first at God's sovereign, unconditional election of His people, by name, in eternity past. Part of the study of election is avoiding abuse of the doctrine. But even though the doctrine of election must be taught with care, it must be taught, and it is profitable for bringing glory to God, bringing comfort to believers, bringing comfort in trials, giving assurance that the church will always exist, and serving as a warning to the world.
