The Seed of the Woman

After sin and death enter the world, God gives a promise through a curse. As God pronounces judgment upon the serpent, he gives the promise of the seed of the woman who would crush the seed of the serpent. This is the first gospel promise proclaimed. The rest of the Bible seeks to answer the question of who is the seed? Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of this promise.
