The Qualities of an Elder (Part 1)

Paul instructs Timothy on the qualities of Elders by which he might appoint godly men to be overseers of the church in Ephesus. In our day, one is as likely to be placed in the position of elder based on popularity, charisma, or business sense. The qualities God determines are sometimes far from what we would think if left to our own reasoning to fill the ordained position of Elder of Christ's Church.
