Paul's Concern for Poor Believers:

First, in v 25 - Paul's concern for meeting the needs of poor believers was a higher ministry priority than his desire to journey to Rome or Spain.

Second, in v 26 - The churches in Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make contributions for poor saints in the church in Jerusalem.

Third, in v 27 - Gentiles, who had received spiritual blessing and advantage from Jews, were indebted to provide them with needed material support.

Fourth, in vv 28-29 - Spiritual blessedness results from giving material gifts to needy believers.
