Who, When and How Men Come to Jesus?

All the Father Has Given

"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45)

All the Father Has Given... I will give My all ~ Jesus

Paul's letter to Titus describes the encounter like this... "But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man was manifested (made clear to us), not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life." (Titus 3:4-7)

Let's walk through the first 10 chapters of John to get a better idea of Titus 2 and 3.

I love it when Jesus talks specifically about me... without mentioning my name of course. But nonetheless, He's talking about me and every single soul that He MUST bring home to His Father. Even though I wasn't around at the time, and wouldn't be for a couple thousand years, He said I had been given to Him, by His Father. This meant, long before I ever knew I was His, I was His, therefore, I would one day hear His voice and be part of His flock, that He not only laid His life down for, but the flock that He would faithfully shepherd through this world, for His own glory. Wow!!! Thank You Lord for giving Your life and redeeming grace to me... I trust You!
