Jesus Spoke Words of Commendation

Jesus prayed for the preservation of His people. He continues the commendation of His disciples. The disciples have known, presently know and shall know in their experience. When the non-Elect are faced with the truth of the Gospel they turn away, but the Hold Spirit enabled the Elect to possess the knowledge of truth. The Elect know the Gospel of their salvation conditioned on Christ alone. They know that the Son earned righteousness, the Father accepted His work and imputed it to all He gave Him. The Elect know that the sustaining of all things is by God's providence. No man has the power or ability to come to Christ unless the Father has drawn him. The Elect shall be taught of God and will receive Christ. Christ is not received without also receiving His doctrine. The Elect will know and believe the Father sent the Son into the world to seek and save chosen sinners. All of salvation rests upon Christ. Christ does not pray for the world, but only for His people. He continually mediates for His people based on the virtue of His blood and righteousness.
