...covetousness & love of money ensnared an Apostle of Christ! Judas walked with the Lord for 3-1/2 years! He spent intimate time with the Lord in private! But his love for money made him hold on to IT and to DESPISE the Lord! We ought to see very clearly here in Judas the love of money being the ROOT of all evil!
Let us take heed to ourselves that we would not betray our Lord for earthly riches or for "another" love!
