Follow Not the Way of the Heathen

Jeremiah speaks to Israel and Judah saying: follow not the way of the heathen. The nations are idolaters, they cut a tree and make an idol it is a vain god. They are a false god, and must be stood up for they can not walk, speak and are no gods. Only the true and living God is Almighty and the King of nations. Let us therefore reject the way of the heathen in custom and practice and religion.
