God Hates Sin, Hates Sinners

What is the guarantee that the salvation that God has provided will be effective in the lives of fallen, sinful, depraved human beings? Romans 9, 10 and 11 tells us it's the sovereign work of God to implant His salvation in individual lives. It is the sovereign work of God to see that His salvation is effective in bringing about the conversion of the nation Israel, in bringing about the building of the Church of Jesus Christ. God's sovereignty pervades everything. I really do not believe you can understand with real insight the Word of God until you have some understanding of the sovereignty of God, and of His total control in all that takes place.
