The Disciple's Confidence

Prayer is coming into agreement with what God's will is and coming before His throne praying that that will would be accomplished here on earth. In Luke 11:5-13 we see in the parable that prayer is NOT forcing God to act, it IS a special privilege for believers, and it IS a desperate heart crying to God. We see, too, that the process of prayer is asking, seeking, and knocking. And finally, the promise of prayer is that He will give you what you need.
