From Transgender To Transformed: The Laura Perry Story.

What had promised to be freedom had in fact become my prison cell. I soon became enslaved to wearing clothes that never fit right, injecting myself over and over with hormones, and wearing prosthetics that were a constant reminder of how fake it all was.

About a month ago, I received a message through the NTEB Facebook page from a woman named Laura Perry. She was writing to say that she was a listener of our Sunday night radio Bible study program, and that the weekly studies were a big blessing to her. But what she told me left me literally speechless. This is what she said:

Thank you for your radio Bible studies. Several years ago my mom told me about your Bible study and i began to listen. I was a new Christian and I was living as transgender, trying so hard to convince myself I was a "man of God". but Jesus used your Bible study along with some other studies i was listening to to keep me thinking about the rapture and that Jesus's return was imminent. Your studies had a big impact on my life as I knew I had to be right with God and could not serve both myself and Jesus. I walked away from that life and was totally set free in 2016. God bless and may the Lord continue to bless and encourage this ministry!
