Before we get back to our discussion from last week, we have a letter to read from our Internet audience. Thanks Kimble for your question about what books to read. It’s important to let our audience know these things. And we have a wonderful letter from Scott who has a little group down in California. They are beginning to have a Bible study on our Pastor's Genesis 1-19 lectures. Thanks Scott for your kind words.

Pastor is now talking about the two blind men of Jericho and then there’s this short, rich tax collector who meets Jesus. Obviously, there's much more to these stories than is just on the surface. We also have 10 pounds that we can connect to the 10 virgins. And we have Jeremiah 13 with a sash and dashed bottles. Okay... if you want me to follow along with this pastor and give you an account of where he goes, you're crazy. Ain't gonna happen.

So off we go boldly into Luke 18 and 19. We have:
Pharisee / Tax collector
Rich young Pharisee
Camel / Needle
Impossible
Possible
And:
Two Blind men of Jericho
Chief Short/rich Sycamore Tree Tax collector
Parable of 10 pounds

From here you'll need to listen. This is just too good for me to be struggling with this keyboard and trying to listen at the same time. Tell you what... I'll just stop here and listen with you.

By the way, he does eventually get to back to where we left off last week. Yep. Zombies! What are the implications of the fact that we have no zombies? We're talking about the philosophical difference between knowing and unknowing.

Yes, you’ll have questions. Feel free to contact this pastor, and be sure to encourage him as well. He enjoys hearing from you.
