As a people who esteem the Sovereignty of God, we believe God does have a plan & purpose for our lives. However, God's purpose does not always include smiling providence but sometimes frowning providence.

1. Purpose not always that you’re able to give BUT sometimes receive
2. Purpose not always that you’re able to serve BUT that you are served
3. Purpose not always that you’re able to help others BUT that you need help

Some Christians who serve and give freely, object when Christ says receive.
