Speaking before the 2010 Independent Fundamental Bible Conference in Middletown, Conn., Dr. Myron Houghton (senior professor of systematic theology at Faith Baptist Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa) explains the incredible blessings of justification.
Namely, he shows how regeneration flows from our justification by God -- through faith in the gospel of Christ.
The result is that God's law cannot condemn us and send us to hell if we are in Christ.
However, this does not mean that as Christians we have no responsibilities.
Dr. Houghton teaches us that every one of us will be a slave to someone or something. The question is who or what we will submit ourselves to.
He encourages us to act as slaves to Christ, our gracious Master, and enjoy His continual blessings.
