Finding God's Will for Your Life

Perhaps no question occupies the minds of Christians more often than 'How do I discover God's Will for my life?' Most Christians believe God has a detailed plan for their lives--- a plan that includes what college they will attend; whether they will marry, and if so,who; where they will live, what jobs they will take, etc. But many have also adopted the view that if we are attuned to God's voice, and sensitive to His Spirit, He will guide us into 'the center of His will' for our lives. Of course, this view must also mean that if you are NOT sensitive to God's nudging, you may find yourself raising turkeys in Alberquerque, when God's plan for you was 'grocery stockin' in Conshohocken. This sermon examines that 'traditional view' in light of Scripture.
