Where Are We Now?

A proper answer to the question in our sermon title is 'On pilgrimage.' This is what we learn from our passage. We are strangers and pilgrims here on earth and we are seeking a better, that is a heavenly country. So, in many ways, the best answer we can give to the question in the title is that we are still on pilgrimage to heaven.

This sermon, in part, addresses our current state as a church; our hopes; our disappointment at the seeming lack of gospel success, and our belief that the Lord most certainly has a future for us, whether it's in this generation or another.
