Readiness for Whose Sending?
Series Ind. Fund. Bible Conf. (Acts)
643
Luke was the greatest historian in the history of the Roman Empire -- because he had the benefit of the inspiration of God. In Acts 11, he recorded the history of the first Gentile church. He also showed how the early church responded to a disaster that struck their world in the middle of the first century. In this sermon, Dr. John Whitcomb speaks about these and other issues in the middle of the book of Acts - including the first missionary journey of Paul, Barnabus and John Mark, and Paul's relationship to Peter.
