Hot as Hell!

"Hot as hell!" is a common profane term among nonbelievers to describe summer weather, but it's not profanity as much as it's a horrifyingly inaccurate comparison. Worse yet, unbelievers and even many professing Christians no longer actually believe Hell is hot. On the historic hottest recorded Lord's Day in the city that boasts of being the most atheist city in America (Portland, Oregon) it seemed appropriate to preach on the doctrine of eternal fiery judgment.
